We'll set up an initial discussion with Alan, who will ask plenty of questions to get to the heart of your vision. You'll talk about the design you have in mind, the space we'll be working in, and your preferred materials and wood grains. 

Alan will show you examples of past and current work, and some design examples that reflect what you have in mind. It’s important at this stage for Alan to get a sense of your tastes, likes, dislikes, budget range, and any uncertainties or concerns you might have. 

Based on your conversation, Alan will put together an estimate for your kitchen remodeling project. This will take a few business days, as Alan calculates costs for specific building materials in order to provide the most accurate quote.

Once the quote is provided, there is typically a follow-up conversation in which you can ask any additional questions or make any changes to your kitchen build project. 

Once the quote is accepted and paperwork is signed, Alan will take careful measurements of your kitchen. He then gets to work building cabinets, shelves, drawers, and other items, using the materials you selected for your kitchen.

Alan constructs as much as possible in his workshop, in order to expedite the build process and minimize the active construction period in your kitchen. 

Once the individual components are complete, Alan installs everything in your kitchen. Depending on the scope of the project, this could happen over a series of days or within a single afternoon. 

Once the kitchen install is complete, you are invited to review the work and request any minor changes. Once you’re happy with your kitchen, equipment is cleared out and any remaining construction mess cleaned up– and you are free to enjoy your new kitchen!
